Caribbean Commercial Bank (Anguilla) Ltd. is a private corporation which is
entirely locally owned. It was incorporated in Anguilla in November 1976 and
began operations in July 1977. The bank's goals were to meet the financial
needs of the community that were not, in the opinion of the founders, being
adequately addressed by the two international competitors. It operates from a
single branch, with (2) ATMs, staffed by (51) employees, and aims to be "the
best and most successful company in the financial services industry
providing high quality financial services, well trained, motivated and rewarded
staff, and meaningful participation in the social and economic development
of the community it serves". The Bank's asset base as at October 2005 was
US$188.5 million.

Established in 1985, with the purchase of the Anguilla operations of Bank of
America, the National Bank of Anguilla is a publicly owned company offering
residents a variety of personal and commercial banking products and services. It
has one office staffed by (90) employees and has the largest network of
Automated Teller Machines (ATM’s) on the Island with a total of (7). In terms
of market share the National Bank of Anguilla is the largest commercial bank
operating in Anguilla. It’s wholly owned subsidiary NBA (Private Banking &
Trust) Ltd, incorporated to provide Offshore Financial Services on Anguilla to
non-resident clients, became fully operational on April 21st, 2005.
National Bank of Anguilla (NBA) is "committed to excellence in financial
services through skilled and dedicated management and staff for the benefit of
customers, shareholders and the community". Its asset base was US$304.72
million as at March 2006.
